This 6000 psi internal thread ball valve is crafted using a silica gel casting process, resulting in an attractive design. The valve seat uses an elastic sealing method, ensuring reliable seals and easy operation. The valve stem has a bottom-mounted design with a reverse seal to prevent forceful ejection during abnormal pressure situations inside the valve chamber. This 6000 psi forged carbon steel valve is suitable for operating within a pressure range of 1.0 MPa to 12.5 MPa, with operational temperatures ranging from -29°C to 18°C (using a reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or from -29°C to 300°C (utilizing an aligned polystyrene sealing ring). It is designed for controlling or facilitating the flow of various media within pipelines, accommodating materials such as water, steam, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid.
